- थल सेना प्रमुख जनरल बिपिन रावत को सरकार द्वारा नए चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। वे देश के पहले चीफ ऑफ़ डिफेन्स स्टाफ (Chief Of Defence Staff - CDS ) होंगे।

सेनाध्यक्ष चुने गए
है।
- चीफ ऑफ़ डिफेन्स
स्टाफ ( CDS ) का पद
'फोर स्टार' जनरल
के समान होगा
और यह पद सभी
सेनाओं के प्रमुखों
में सबसे ऊपर
होगा.
- चीफ ऑफ़ डिफेन्स
स्टाफ ( CDS ) रक्षा मंत्री का
प्रमुख सैन्य सलाहकार होगा
- सेना प्रमुख के कार्यकाल
के तहत जनरल
बिपिन रावत के

सेना ने पाकिस्तान
के खिलाफ कड़े
कदम उठाए हैं। दो
महीने से अधिक
समय तक चले
डोकलाम गतिरोध के बाद
पाकिस्तान के अलावा,

साथ सीमा पर
सैन्य मामलों का
भी प्रबंधन किया

General Bipin Rawat appointed as the first Chief of Defense Staff of the country by the government
- Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has been appointed by the
government as the new Chief of Defense Staff. He will be the country's first
Chief of Defense Staff (CDS).
- Bipin Rawat is retiring from the post of Chief of Army Staff
on 31 December and from this day he will take up his tenure as CDS. After the
retirement of Bipin Rawat, Lieutenant General Manoj Mukund Naravane has been
elected as the next Army Chief of the country.

that of the 'Four Star' General and this post will be at the top of the Chiefs
of all the armies.

- Under the tenure of the Army Chief, the Indian Army under
the leadership of General Bipin Rawat has taken tough measures against
